I have 27+ years of experience in international technology consulting, from establishing global start up companies that provide a follow-the-sun solution to streamlining global Fortune 500 companies' operations to bring complex products from design to mass manufacture. I lived in Munich, Germany, for 5 years as an engineer, manager, and researcher in the manufacturing sectors of telecommunications, automotive, aerospace, and nanotechnology.

Since my return to Australia, I have focused on the commercialisation of cutting-edge technology and R&D, which has utilised extensive knowledge of the Australian and global innovation systems, taking into account universities, State and Federal Governments, public agencies, and private industry. 

This included major projects development of between $30m - $1b AUD, involving securing equity investment partners, government agencies, creation of business plans incorporating R&D and commercialisation plan, and fulfilment of financial and legal requirements leading to contractual arrangements.
