Research and Innovation Headquarters in Munich, Germany.

At age 33, I was appointed a Group Leader at BMW’s Research and Innovation Headquarters in Munich, Germany.

Responsible for coordinating up to 100 engineers and researchers with a team of 14 engineers under my direction. I oversaw the implementation of first-to-market innovative telematic products for series production from design to mass manufacture. This involved coordinating a range of industry and university partners located throughout Europe (Germany and Spain), India, the United States, and Mexico.

Key responsibilities included project management processes such as financial budgeting, quality management, resource allocation, change request management, performance review implementation and monitoring, risk and conflict management, and strategic planning.
